Product Information

Are your products natural?

All of the products contain a high amount of ingredients of natural origin. In fact, 99% of all the ingredients we use are of natural origin. Please read our ingredients philosophy.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Of course! We never test our formulas or ingredients on animals. Since 2013 this has been illegal under EU legislation.

Are your products organic?

Our Body lotion, Body wash and Body exfoliator contain organic ingredients, whereas the Deodorant doesn’t - yet. We’re continuously working on improving and adding new ingredients to our formulas, and we definitely keep an eye out for organic ingredients.

Where can I find the ingredient lists?

All our ingredient lists are available on the Shop side for each product. However, please refer to the ingredient list on the products, as there may be small discrepancies between our website and the product itself.

What skin types can use your products?

Everyone can use our products. Each product contains ingredients that all bodies need to be healthy.

Which products are best for sensitive skin?

We’ve developed a perfume free variant (Neutral), which we recommend for people with sensitive skin or allergies.

How long will my product last?

All products are made to last 48 months from production time. After opening the products, they’ll last 12 months.

Where are your products made?

We’re based out of Denmark, and prefer to work with local partners. We’ve teamed up with leading skincare professionals close to our office in Aarhus.

Packaging

Are your products fully recyclable?

We work hard to make all our products fully recyclable. And we’re proud to say they are. Please find recycling instructions on our product site.

What materials do you use for your packaging?

We strive to use as many recycled materials in our packaging as possible. This reduces the CO2 emissions significantly. Find more information on our Sustainability page about the impact of our packaging.

What is the shipping box made of?

All our shipping boxes are made of 100% recycled cardboard that can be recycled again and again after use.


We have paid a premium to customize the size of our boxes, such that we minimize waste, but maintain the safety of our products.

How do I dispose of the products after use?

Please find instructions on how to recycle each product on the Product site.

Order and Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer free freight on all orders above 50 EUR. For all orders below 50 EUR, we charge a fee for the shipment.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to countries in the EU and EEA. Please let us know if you live outside the region and would like to buy our product.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It depends on your location, as our warehouse is based in Denmark.


For orders in Denmark, you can expect to receive the package within 1-2 business days.


For orders within EU and EEA, you can expect to receive the package within 5-7 business days.

When will my order ship?

If the order is placed before 3pm (CET), it will be packed and shipped the same day.

Can I change my shipping address?

If changes should be made, please let us know as soon as possible, as we may be able to change the delivery address before it’s shipped.

What types of shipping do you offer?

All shipping options appear at checkout, but we offer Home and Shop delivery for most countries.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number, once your order has left our warehouse.

Where is my order?

Please visit this link and enter your tracking number from your Shipping confirmation received via email.

Returns and Refund

Where is my order confirmation?

You receive an order confirmation immediately after your order is completed. If not, reach out to our customer service team at hello@relevantcos.com for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since all orders are handled by a partner, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please reach out at hello@relevantcos.com as soon as possible should this be the case.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Good thing you ask! Make sure to add the discount code in the cart drawer, and not at checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Yes, you can. We’ve worked hard to make possible to stack your discounts. Make sure to add the discount code in the cart drawer, and not at checkout.


Some discount codes may only be used individually.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment solutions, including VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, MobilePay and iDEAL.

What is your return policy?

We hope you like our products like thousands of other customers. But in the case you’re unsatisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase (if product is unopened). Email our customer service team at hello@relevantcos.com before returning to coordinate the appropriate next steps.

Can I return a product if I have already opened it?

We cannot take back products that have already been opened and used.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Hopefully, this won’t happen. If it does, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@relevantcos.com who will assist you on the next steps.

My package arrived without a return slip. What do I do?

We don’t offer return slips. If you wish to return your item, please get in touch with the customer service team at hello@relevantcos.com to coordinate.

How are refunds processed?

Please allow up to 14 days to handle and process the refund.
